Turkey sub with marinaded zucchini, onion, roasted red peppers, Provolone, and fresh basil is going to give you a taste of Italy.
Hello dear friends! It's me. I miss seeing you here! Hope you all are well!! I took a little time from my hiatus to be a contributor at Reasons to Skip the Housework. I shared an Italian Turkey Sandwich with marinated zucchini and onion. Not only is it delicious but also a perfect way to use up some of those leftover turkey from Thanksgiving. Can you believe that it is exactly three weeks away? Soon many of us will be elbow deep in turkey and will be looking for ways to use it up. Hop on over to RTSH to see how this sandwich is made.
Miss you all! Take care!
Thao ♡
